Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and Customer Service Rep-savvy to join our team in the AI marketing industry. 


This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client support, managing inquiries, and assisting customers in navigating AI-powered marketing tools and services.

• Strong knowledge of digital and virtual marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, content marketing, etc.) or willing to learn.

• Familiarity with AI technologies like chatbots, predictive analytics, or machine learning tools is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
