• Deliver personalized demonstrations or training sessions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Feedback & Insights:

• Collect customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

• Share insights with the development team to optimize AI tools and user experience.

• Assist in creating FAQs, support documentation, and self-service resources.

4. AI & Marketing Integration:

• Stay updated on AI trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Proactively suggest marketing strategies using AI capabilities to drive customer success. 

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or marketing industry.

• Strong knowledge of digital and virtual marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, content marketing, etc.) or willing to learn.

• Familiarity with AI technologies like chatbots, predictive analytics, or machine learning tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. 

• Empathy and a customer-first mindset.

• Technical proficiency in AI or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or willing to learn.
