Position Overview:

2. Client Success & Onboarding:

3. Feedback & Insights:

• Collect customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

• Assist in creating FAQs, support documentation, and self-service resources.


4. AI & Marketing Integration:

• Stay updated on AI trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Proactively suggest marketing strategies using AI capabilities to drive customer success. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the tech or marketing industry.

• Strong knowledge of digital and virtual marketing concepts (SEO, analytics, content marketing, etc.) or willing to learn.

• Familiarity with AI technologies like chatbots, predictive analytics, or machine learning tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
